the UnoAPI-Tests need investigations. 

LOG> Execute: setSize()
LOG> starting required method: getSize()
LOG> change the size
LOG> Previously: 4087;4087
LOG> Expected: 4097;4097
LOG> Getting: 4095;4095

This could be an issue in svx or the stuff around twips.
