If the document URL is invalid, I expect an IOExpection. Currently nothing
happens if the URL could not be retrieved. 
To reproduce this behavior just start your office with parameter

"-accept=socket,host=0,port=8100;urp;" 

and call inside a solar shell:

checkapi -o sw.SwXTextCursor::com::sun::star::document::XDocumentInsertable

set target from 2.x to 3.x according to
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Target_3x
