the listener was not called anymore.
To reproduce this behavior just start your office with parameter

"-accept=socket,host=0,port=8100;urp;" 

and call inside a solar shell:

checkapi -o 
sm.SmGraphicAccessible::com::sun::star::accessibility::XAccessibleEventBroadcaster

TL->CN: As discussed with MBA this is a propblem with add-/removeListeners being
'oneway' calls. And thus the events being fired without any relation to the
above calls being actually finished or not.
The proposed workaround was to tell the Office at start-up to use synchronous
calls only.
