Some UNO-API-Tests uses the uui.UUIInteractionHandler as parameter for
LoadComponentFromURL to get the CSV-Import-Dialog of Calc-Documents. But while
loading a csv-file the office freeze.

To reproduce this behavior just start your office with parameter

"-accept=socket,host=0,port=8100;urp;" 

and call inside a solar shell:

checkapi -o sc.ScAccessibleCsvCell -tdoc \\margritte\qaapi\workspace\qadev\testdocs
