If GOK is started for the first time and an already opened StarOffice gets then
the focus GOK does not recognize StarOffice unless a menu is opened.

At least gok doesn't enable "Menues" and "Toolbars" buttons automatically.

In the final version of 1.1 (6.1) beta 2 and the latest Gnome stack
(20030509), the described behaviour does no longer occur.

Feel free to reopen this issue if this problems persists for you.

I tested it on RC build. It still occurs.

To reproduce:
- Open StarOffice
- then open GOK
- Alt+Tab to switch focus to SO window
-> No focus event is fired
-> GOK doesn't enable Menus and Toolbars unless an action is performed
that fires a focus event (e.g. open a menu)

It turned out that the described behaviour is due to the environment
variable SAL_FLOATWIN_NOAPPFOCUSCLOSE, which has been set by in the
.cshrc of the test user to enable floating window testing with at-poke.

Stephan is going to evaluate if the complete disabling of deactivate
events is really necessary to achieve the requested behaviour of
floating windows.
