Solaris: after executing the test the office crashes

To reproduce this behavior just start your office with parameter

"-accept=socket,host=0,port=8100;urp;" 

and call inside a solar shell:

checkapi -o  forms.OCheckBoxModel::com::sun::star::io::XPersistObject

I add a stack wich is created via pstack from the core file
